Rosedale Primary
Rosedale Primary opened in 2011 to provide high quality provision, as guided by the principles, values and policies which have delivered impressive outcomes for learners consistently across the Trust.
In September 2014, the school moved into brand new purpose-built accommodation. It remains smaller than many local schools so that staff can actively engage with parents, guardians and carers in planning each child’s learning journey.
Rosedale promotes a calm and ordered environment where children are encouraged to become confident, caring and articulate, using their aptitudes and abilities to the full. Courtesy and respect are encouraged as it is recognised the development of these and other social skills are significant, enabling each child to be successful. Rosedale is a place where children are happy and enjoy their learning, experiencing inspirational standards of teaching which allow them each to flourish and reach their full potential.
Through a strong ‘customer focus’, families are encouraged to be fully involved in their child’s learning and development. The aim is to keep parents fully involved; supporting the child in every way possible; recognising that each family has its own unique circumstances. With this in mind Rosedale Primary offers a range of additional services, breakfast club at 8:00am, extra- curricular clubs from 3:30pm to 4:30pm check the extra-curricular club timetable, as well as childcare till 5:30am. Breakfast club and childcare needs to be paid for in advance at the school office.
