Brookside Primary
Brookside Primary joined the family of schools sponsored by the Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust in April 2013. Catering for children aged from 3 to 11 years, Brookside Primary provides an environment which allows children to acquire a wide range of knowledge, skills and practical abilities.
Through active engagement with parents, guardians and carers in planning each child’s learning journey, Brookside influences its learners to be happy and thoughtful so they can grow up to make a difference in the world in which they live.
Brookside Primary rewards good behaviour, recognises success and regularly celebrates children’s achievement. Positive relationships are promoted so that everyone can work productively together, sharing a common sense of purpose; each achieving the very best they can. Praise is given at every opportunity to encourage good behaviour with the firm conviction that every child can become self-aware, independent and confident, both academically and socially.
Brookside provides a stimulating and caring environment where children can fulfil their true potential, both socially and academically. Through a carefully constructed curriculum, Brookside is well placed to nurture agile learners in order to respond to our ever changing world, with high expectations set; striving towards ‘Excellence Every Day’.
